The Burke's had very specific needs and requirements for their home that would intimidate many builders. The upper master suite was enlarged and a sun room was added just off the master. The original wood screened porch deck was removed and 3 levels of steel structure and concrete were constructed in their place. This was necessary for an added terrace level air conditioned garage, workshop and pet grooming area. A newly added main level sun room with fireplace and open barbecue deck. As well as the new sun room off the enlarged upper master suite. In addition the the added exterior features of the home we also finished the the terrace level by adding a walk-in bar with full kitchen, a climate controlled wine cellar, media room with a 110" screen and 7.1 Dolby Digital surround, a recreation room with fireplace and bulit in cabinetry, a full bath with steam room, an exercise room and bedroom. The result was a home that no one would ever want to leave. I am very proud of the outcome of this project and honered that the Burke's put their faith in my hands.
