Re: R.E. Black Custom Homes

In November of 2001, we purchased our home from Ralph Black of R.E. Black Custom Homes. The home sits on a heavily wooded, beautiful 3.22 acre lot in South Forsyth county, across the road from the Chattahoochee River. The view from our house is amazing. Ralph did an outstanding job of taking full advantage of the lot’s unique assets. The house has an open and spacious design, contains high ceilings, tastefully done archways, and incorporates the ability to enjoy the view from many areas of the home. Our home inspector informed us that the home is exceptionally well built. Ralph was quick to address a couple of minor repair items, and was a great person to work with in the purchase of the home.

We constantly get compliments on our home from most everyone who visits. People knowledgeable in the building industry comment on the quality of the home’s construction. Visitors compliment the functional, tasteful design of the home. Ralph is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and very attentive to details. We are thankful that we were introduced to Ralph, purchased the home, and have developed a friendship with him.
