We are very pleased with the job R.E. Black Custom Homes is doing on our new home in The Summit. Ralph is straightforward to deal with has met or otherwise communicated with us a minimum of once every week. He has been quick to return calls and to provide information we desired. Ralph or his superintendent has overseen sub-contractor work continuously, and closely monitor their performance and quality. This level of personal attention is important to us and has been greatly appreciated.

Several significant improvements to our original plan are the result of Ralph’s creativity and resulting suggestions………..things, which would never have occurred to us. As a result we are even more pleased with the design than we had expected to be. These things combined with his vital help with cost control make us glad we selected Ralph Black.
