RE: R.E. Black Custom Homes

We have owned our R.E. Black Custom Home since August 1994. We have truly enjoyed our home during these last 10 years and our experience in dealing with Ralph Black.

It is always said that a home should have “curb appeal” and that is exactly what we found when we first looked at our home’s design. Our home is a Queen Anne Victorian and has been designed to reflect the home’s time period as much as possible but yet address, the needs of the modem homeowner. It has 10-foot ceilings on the main and bedroom levels, exceptional, upgraded trim work throughout and wide oak flooring on the complete main floor and in the master bedroom. Our home’s rooms, including all the bedrooms, are a nice ample size that provide a comfortable living arrangement and flow without the feeling of wasted space that one can feel in many current home designs. Ralph Black also included in the design rooms dedicated for in-home offices and a separate exercise room complete with mirrored walls and a steam shower. This attention to detail was carried out to the exterior of our home in the design of a solidly constructed, circular driveway, walking trails to our lake and upgraded landscaping.

We feel fortunate to have had Ralph Black as the designer and builder at our home. Ralph also has been wonderful in maintaining a relationship with us after the sale. We highly recommend R.E. Black Custom Homes.
